When Euromillions officials announced format changes a few months ago it was obvious something big is coming, but what we’re facing right now is even greater than anyone expected. Changes were celebrated with a special Superdraw a week ago, and since no one matched the winning combination that night jackpot just kept on rising – play now to scoop €156.000.000!
One of the biggest changes that came into effect last week is a staggering rise of starting jackpots at all levels – regular jackpots moved from €15.000.000 to €17.000.000, while those offered in Superdraws jumped from €100.000.000 to €130.000.000. Jackpot cap still remains at €190.000.000, but there’s a catch – players will have four additional chances to take it home, because the cap will remain at this amount for two weeks instead for only one night as before.
The last Euromillions draw that failed to produce a jackpot winner took place on October 4th. The winning numbers were 4, 7, 14, 34 and 38 with Lucky Stars 4 and 11 – seven players came really close to matching them all and netted €225.000 each after missing only one of the Lucky Stars. The draw on Tuesday night produced additional 11 winners of a €33.000 pay-out for matching the five main numbers.
Euromillions isn’t the only lottery game that’s currently on the threshold of something monumental. Eurojackpot players are also going through something big right now – for the second time in the game’s history jackpot has reached the cap of €90.000.000. It only happened once in May last year when one fortunate punter from the Czech Republic ended up scooping this amazing windfall. Follow in their footsteps to become the winner of the largest cash reward Eurojackpot has to offer – play now to end up €90.000.000 richer!
