Mohamed Hadid’s Bel Air property hits the market with a $85.000.000 price tag

Hadid has been a household name in the world of high luxury long before Gigi and Bella Hadid became two of the most famous models in the world, and all that thanks to their father Mohamed. He’s known for developing a chain of luxury hotels and mansions in Bel Air and Beverly Hills, and one of them is currently selling for $85.000.000.

The magnificent 40.000 square feet mansion known as “Le Belvédère”, sits on 2.2 acres of land in Bel Air. It has 10 bedrooms and 14 baths throughout three stories, in addition to a ballroom that can accommodate more than 200 people, and a Moroccan-themed entertainment room. The list of amenities also includes a Turkish hammam decorated with mosaic tiles, a wine cellar with its own dining room, and an elaborate, opera-house–style screening room with a mural on the ceiling.

It may seem as an exaggeration, but the house’s exterior is even more breath-taking. Its most impressive feature is a 70-foot-long infinity pool overlooking the city, but the possibilities for outdoor entertaining don’t end there. The new owners will also be fortunate enough to enjoy a pizza oven and fireplace, an outdoor gym, eight rose gardens, a serene swan pond and numerous fountains located on the property.

Hadid completed construction on “Le Belvédère” in 2007, and sold it for $50.000.000 in 2010, but loved it so much that he never actually moved out. The famous millionaire kept leasing the place from the new owners for the past six years, but they are finally ready to sell it to anyone who feels like cashing out $85.000.000.
