Finnish player scoops €39.000.000 Eurojackpot prize

Once again, Finland proves itself as the luckiest place to play Eurojackpot in 2015! Two Finnish players already scooped impressive Eurojackpot prizes back in June and July, and this Friday night history repeated itself as another Finn snatched €38.900.000. Could you be the next person to join the millionaires club? Play Powerball to win $149.000.000!

This is the third time this year that the golden Eurojackpot ticket was purchased in Finland – previous jackpot was also won by a player from this country on July 24th and it was worth €46.000.000. The numbers that turned the lucky player into Europe’s newest millionaire on September 4th were 12, 23, 37, 41, 46, plus Euronumbers 3 and 7. Another five Eurojackpot enthusiasts had a good reason for celebration on Friday night – a second prize worth around €367.000 which they scooped after correctly matching five or six winning numbers.

Even though September 4th produced one millionaire in Eurojackpot drawing, Euromillions top prize worth €25.000.000 escaped the grasp of more than 29.000.000 entries. The winning numbers were 8, 9, 27, 45 and 50 with Lucky Stars 8 and 10 and three players managed to match six of them, scooping around €467.000 each. Euromillions players had a lot of luck this summer – there were five jackpot winners since July 24th, two of whom were French, while the rest of them come from The UK, Austria and Belgium. The latest jackpot was won by a Belgian player on August 28th and it was worth €15.000.000.
