Self Assessment for Swedish customers: Stödlinjen
We help you set the limits!
We give you the opportunity to set your own gambling limits and boundaries. We provide you with tools to prevent unhealthy gambling behavior and enable you to play responsibly.
Deposit Limit
If you want to spend within your limits!
This allows you to limit the amount of funds you are able to deposit into your account on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. If you reach the specified limit, you will be unable to add any more funds until the required time has elapsed.
Wagering Limit
If you want to protect your winnings!
This allows you to limit the amount of funds that you are able to wager on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Once the total amount you have wagered reaches the limit, you will not be able to continue wagering.
Loss Limit
Take responsibility for your losses.
This helps you to limit the amount of funds that you are able to lose on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. If you reach the specified limit, you will not be able to continue to wager, which helps you limit the amount that you are able to lose.
Session Limit
Be aware of the time spent gambling.
This allows you to choose how long you would like to be able to be logged in for. Once the limit is reached, you will automatically be logged out of your account.
Do you need to take a break from gambling?
When you need a break from gambling, make sure you access the following options below.
Time-out
When you want to cool-off, you can choose from one of our pre-defined time-out options (1 day, 1 week, 1 month) or you can customize the duration yourself directly through Your Account.
You can also request time-out by sending an email to [email protected].
Self-exclusion
Our self-exclusion procedure is very simple and it can be accessed directly through Your Account or by sending a request by email to [email protected].
If you contact our team by email, please give as many details as possible about your situation and indicate the time-frame you’d like to be self-excluded for (6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years or indefinite self-exclusion).
The self-exclusion will have effect immediately.
Please keep in mind that Multilotto reserves the right at any time to impose more severe responsible gambling measures on your account if we suspect you may have a gambling problem.
We strongly encourage you to respect your self-exclusion and time-out periods and to make sure that you also contact all other gambling companies you may have accounts with in order to suspend your accounts.
We also recommend that consideration is given to the installation of software that will allow you to block access to internet gambling websites:

Betfilter - www.betfilter.com
Moreover, you can find below a non-exhaustive list of Independent Organisations that may help you with the necessary support in case of difficulties. These professionals can provide information about gambling addiction, counselling sessions, debt advice, self-help groups and more.
Important! If you are not our customer (non-registered individual), you have the right to request Multilotto to exclude you from any future gaming activity with us. You can do so by sending an email to [email protected] including your personal details (name, surname, permanent residential address, postcode, date of birth, valid email address or telephone no.) or by registering through this page: Self-Exclusion Non-Registered. You will be blocked to register with us until and only if Multilotto receives a request in writing or electric format asking for the exclusion to be ignored.

Are you worried about your friends?
Are you worried that a close friend or relative might have a gambling problem? If you are not sure, ask yourself:
Do they promise time and time again to stop gambling but continue anyway?
Do they disappear for long periods of time without telling you where they were?
Do you see them gambling alone for a long period of time?
Do they spend large sums of money without being able to account for it?
Do you hide money from them in order to stop them spending it?
Do they lie to cover up or deny their gambling?
If you answered “Yes” to one or more of these questions, then they may have a gambling problem.
